I can receive the stream, and output it as a multicast rtp stream using the following command: ffmpeg. yamidecode -i /media//ffmpeg_h264/reinit-large_420_8-to-small_420_8.h264 -m 0ġ00 frame decoded, fps = 3571.43. Andr Asks: How to make ffmpeg stream h264 with PPS and SPS in the RTP stream I'm trying to use ffmpeg to receive an h264 stream over RTSP and forward that stream as a muliticast rtp stream. FFMPEG will automatically spit out the SPS and PPS information into NAL units for you. Libva-utils 9a10ad663349732decd668a426cfc349b0010d1d A NAL unit may not actually start with the 4 bytes 00 00 00 01, it could just be three bytes 00 00 01 especially if you are using FFMPEG to create the raw H264 stream. Ffmpeg-qsv decode reinit-large_420_8-to-small_420_8.h264 show 93 frame, but yamidecode this file show totally 100 frames.
